Respected by industry veterans and adored by her peers, Blue Angel is a 4th-generation House Head shaping the culture right now. Her sets bridge classic foundations with contemporary energy, bringing together everyone from the Silent Generation to Gen Z. A true artist with Many Shades of Blue, she channels her signature Social House sound to blend genres, shift tempos, and create inclusive, expressive experiences that feel like community.

A native of Baltimore, Maryland, Blue Angel (a name partially inspired by The US Navy flight demonstration squadron known as The Blue Angels) has been immersed in House music from birth. Her parents met in 1999 on the dance floor of the iconic Paradox Nightclub (1991–2016). Raised on Classic, Soulful, Afro, Techno, Club, Dub, and Deep House, Blue Angel spent her early years dancing in the living room with her mother, who passed down stories of legendary dancers and club nights from generations before.

“I often imagined what it would be like to be part of the club scene. I wanted to experience that same feeling in person.”

Blue Angel first gained attention as a Rising Star on Baltimore Flava Radio, hosted by Antwon Grant and Nina D from Xtreme House Nation. During the interview, her mentor Kasper Burnstein introduced her to the Traktor controller and gave her an impromptu lesson, challenging her to show her readiness on the spot. Inspired and determined, she sharpened her skills and officially made her DJ debut in 2018 on HGR, a Baltimore based internet radio station. Her style instantly resonated, attracting a devoted following she lovingly calls the HALOS.

What sets her apart is Social House, a unique soundscape that blends smooth grooves, unexpected BPMs, and seamless transitions crafted for mingling, vibing, and storytelling through music.

This hybrid sound is built for the modern social experience where live streaming, capturing memories, and creating ambiance is just as vital as dancing.

•  2019 – Warmup DJ for the world-renowned dancers Les Twins during their two-day Summer Dance Workshop & Cat’s Movie Premiere Party at Dave & Buster’s in Arundel Mills. Curated a signature Social House set for the VIP meet-and-greet dinner, delivering an audio backdrop for artists, dancers, and fans alike to socialize and unwind.

• 2022 – Joined the Quintessential Soul Festival lineup alongside Mike Dunn, Mark Francis, Ultra Naté, Thommy Davis, and DJ Spen.
   
• 2023 – Opened the 20th Anniversary of Collective Minds House Music Festival, delivering a passionate 90-minute set alongside DJ Oji and vocalist Ed Ramsey.
   
• Fall 2023 – Selected by the Office of the Mayor to perform at Artscape, America's largest free outdoor arts festival, sharing the bill with DJ Pee.Wee (Anderson .Paak), Muni Long, and Nile Rodgers & CHIC.

• 2024 – Joined the Deep Sugar "Rooftop Jam 14" Lisa Moody's Birthday Memorial Celebration lineup alongside Kevin Naidura, Ulta Naté, and vocalist Aaron K. Gray.

• 2024 – Joined the Quantize Recording Party lineup alongside DJ Geoffrey C, Kasper Burnstein, Micfreak, Thommy Davis, Teddy Douglas, and DJ Spen at Flash DC.

• 2025 – Kicked off the Kasper & Friends Bang or Hang 24 Hour Radio Marathon with a high energy 60-minute set on Power 410 Radio, Twitch, Facebook Live, and Youtube.

• 2025 – Curated a 3-hour Social House set for La Vie En Clothes: Part Deux event series celebrating style and sustainability inspired by Grace Jones. 

• “Rate it Wednesdays With MetaBlue” –  A weekly interactive Twitch show, now in it's 4th season, MetaBlue and the MetaFam review digital tracks live and vote whether each one earns a “Stash” or gets a “Pass.” 

• “The Ghost Angel Show” – A weekly 2-hour online mix aired on Handz On Radio and Twitch, in collaboration with DJ Kasper Burnstein.
